Construction Site Supervision

The Supervisor Site Safety Training Scheme  (SSSTS) workbook is designed for people who are taking on the role of supervising a construction site. It provides basic health, safety and environment legislation and good practise that you should be ensuring is followed on your site, it also looks at leadership qualities and the behaviours of an effective site supervisor.  This is the official publication for CITB's Supervisor Site Safety Training scheme  (SSSTS) two-day course. It is a mandatory course publication – every delegate must have their own copy for the duration of the course. 

At the beginning of each chapter there is a summary of what to expect at your site and from your employer and what is expected of you. Clear illustrations are included as well as practical guidance for site supervisors , and embedded mandatory exercises that must be completed during the course.
