Toolbox Talks

The Toolbox talks publication is designed to assist supervisors at all levels to prepare and deliver effective toolbox talks on building and construction sites. It provides basic tips on preparing talks, outlines for delivering talks on specific subject and a briefing record sheet.  This is the official publication for CITB's Supervisor Site Safety Training scheme  (SSSTS) two-day course and follows the structure of the SSSTS Workbook. It is a mandatory course publication – every delegate must have their own copy for the duration of the course.

Minimum PC system requirements for the Windows viewer:

Other: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11. Adobe Reader and Microsoft PowerPoint required to view some content.

The subscription content can be viewed online in a web browser or in a dedicated viewer app for one of the following platforms:

This product provides a 12-month subscription to the digital content of the Construction Site Safety – The Comprehensive Guide (GE700) and includes any updates during this time. Once the subscription has expired, the content can still be retained on the devices on which it has been installed until it is deleted, but no further updates will be applied without renewing the subscription. The reader software for the subscription can be installed on up to 3 different devices during the subscription period and compatible platforms include iOS, Android, Windows and Mac OS. Once it has been installed, the content can be viewed offline.
